How I Made $10,000 with Blogging Despite AI (Real Study + Tips)

In the world of online earning and blogging, you often hear people saying: “Now that AI is here, the era of blogging is over, ChatGPT is writing everything, means there’s no need for humans anymore, Google doesn’t need new content anymore.”

But if that were true, I wouldn’t have been able to earn $10,000+ in passive income from blogging alone in 2025. I have earned thousands of dollars from blogging without much effort, and I will explain how in this post, along with proof.

How I Made $10,000 with Blogging

And the most interesting part?

I earned this income without writing content daily, without putting in excessive effort, simply through smart work and the right strategy.

If I had put in even 20–30% consistent effort, this income could have easily been 3X–5X higher. I’ve been blogging since 2015, that’s over 10 years of real, practical experience.

My 2025 Blogging Earnings Report: ,000+ Despite AI (With Proof)

This report is not just another “earning screenshot” post, but a full case study + proof + strategy for everyone who is using AI as an excuse for not working.

All the earnings reports shown below are genuine:

  • Google AdSense
  • Ad networks
  • Digital product sales
  • Returning buyers
  • And the total yearly revenue report

Looking at these, you’ll clearly understand that AI cannot replace blogging, in fact, smart and experienced bloggers are earning more than ever before.

Google AdSense Earnings (2025 – Real & Passive Income)

In 2025, a significant and the most stable portion of my blogging income came from Google AdSense.

My total AdSense income for the year was:

$2,975.83 (Approximately ₹2,50,000)

This income didn’t come from any viral tricks, clickbait content, or aggressive monetization, but rather as a result of a pure Google-friendly, long-term blogging model.

My website recorded approximately 11 million+ impressions (over 10 million views) throughout the year, which is why this income was generated almost entirely passively.

The screenshots below are from my Google AdSense earnings dashboard for 2025.

These figures are not a guarantee or promise, but rather the result of my personal blogging experience and long-term content strategy.

Google AdSense Earnings (2025 – Real & Passive Income)
Google AdSense Earnings 2025

Why is this income special for me and Important for you?

Because in 2025, when people were saying that “AI has killed blogging,” at that very time:

  • I published very limited new articles throughout the year.
  • Most of my traffic came from old, evergreen articles.
  • AdSense RPM remained stable and healthy because:
    • The content wasn’t just informational.
    • Instead, it solved real user problems.
  • The content wasn’t AI-generated mass articles, but rather:
    • Based on my own experience,
    • My 10 years of blogging lessons,
    • And ground-level practical knowledge.

Why was this income practically passive?

Throughout this year:

  • There was no daily posting schedule.
  • No aggressive SEO manipulation.
  • No clickbait titles.
  • No AdSense policy risks.

Yet Google AdSense continued to pay consistently every month.

This clearly means:

If your website is trustworthy, the content is evergreen, and it provides real value to users, then blogging is still the most reliable source of passive income.

And that’s the reason I can still confidently say today:

Blogging hasn’t died even after the arrival of AI — only low-quality content has died. It has simply replaced those who weren’t adding real value.

Digital Products, Services & Sales Earnings (2025)

In 2025, the second and most scalable part of my blogging income came from digital products, services and additional sales.

This income wasn’t generated through shortcuts, hype, or one-time launches, but organically through real-world implementation and long-term client results.

My product sales & services earnings from this segment throughout the year were:

$6,914.20 (approximately ₹5,87,000)

This is a screenshot of PayPal earnings proof.

Digital Products and Services Earnings
Digital Products and Services Earnings

This income didn’t come from a single product or a one-time launch, but was organically generated from multiple value-driven offerings.

This income was based on two main pillars:

  • hands-on services, where I was directly involved in the execution,
  • and carefully designed digital products that I extensively tested on
  • my own projects before making them public.

My core services and offerings:

  • Blogging guides based on real experience, step-by-step resources
  • Website setup & optimization orders for beginners and small businesses
  • Affiliate consulting monetization and strategy guidance
  • AI prompt packs with practical use cases, ready-to-apply formats
  • Premium SEO checklists which I myself used in my own projects

One of the most important observations among all of this was:

Most customers were repeat buyers.

Out of the total $6.91K in digital product sales & services customers, repeat buyers generated $5.83K, while new customers contributed only $1.08K.

Most customers were repeat buyers.
Most customers were repeat buyers.

This means people didn’t just buy once and disappear, but returned repeatedly.

This clearly indicates:

  • People trust my information and guidance.
  • The content was not just readable, but action-oriented and result-focused.
  • My expertise built long-term authority, not short-term hype.

This is the practical proof of E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trust) a trust that is built not through tools or AI-generated content, but through years of hands-on experience.

AI can speed up processes and increase efficiency, but credibility, trust, and repeat customers are built through human judgment, genuine experiences, and consistently delivering value.

The second snapshot below is part of the same earnings stream, where sales gradually built up.

Another sales volume from blogging services and digital assets – 2025 reference
Another sales volume from blogging services and digital assets – 2025 reference

This shows that this income didn’t come from a sudden spike or a one-time promotion, but rather from trust, repeat buyers, and consistent demand built up over time.

Both screenshots shown above are related to the same product sales & services segment and are included in the combined total earnings.

Now, if we combine product sales, services, and Google AdSense income, my total earnings from blogging in 2025 would be:

$6,914.20 + $3,597.55 = $10511.75

However, this wasn’t the complete picture yet.

In addition to product sales, services, and AdSense, there were a few additional but relevant income streams that contributed to my overall blogging revenue in 2025.

Final Combined Blogging Earnings (2025)

When all income sources are combined, my total earnings from blogging in 2025 amount to:

Complete Earnings Breakdown:

Earning SourcesTotal Income 2025
Product sales & services$10,511.75
Google AdSense$2,975.83
Paid / sponsored posts~$1,500
Other minor income~$500
Total Earnings$15,487.58 (₹12.8–13 Lakh)

Total Earnings: $15,487.58 (Approx ₹12.8–13,00,000 INR)

(calculated at an average exchange rate, which may vary slightly)

This conversion is for reference only.

The important point is not the number itself, but the fact that this income was generated through blogging, using multiple sustainable sources, even in the age of AI.

This income was not a viral tricks, AI shortcuts, or one-time launches. It was built steadily through long-term content, real execution, repeat customers, selective partnerships, and audience trust.

That’s why my experience clearly reinforces one simple truth:

AI can speed up processes and improve efficiency, but sustainable income, credibility, and loyal audiences are still built through human experience.

This means, blogging isn’t dead – the problem lies with the bloggers, not the platform.

Many people today say that “Blogging is dead” or “AI has ruined everything.” But the truth is, blogging never died, only those who were doing it the wrong way have fallen behind.

The biggest misunderstanding is that people believe:

Google penalizes AI-generated content.

While the reality is:

Google doesn’t penalize AI content, it penalizes low-quality content — whether written by AI or a human.

The advent of AI hasn’t made blogging easier, but rather harder yet cleaner. Previously, even average content could rank, but now only truly helpful content survives.

This means that AI hasn’t killed blogging, it has simply filtered out low-effort bloggers, for those who were only looking for shortcuts, blogging is over.

But for those who, like us at Mozedia, value our users and focus on value, trust, and experience, the opportunities are greater than ever.

That’s why I earned over $13,000+ in 2025.

I didn’t post every day, I didn’t create an AI content farm, and I didn’t use any viral tricks but I still earned because my content was experience-based and our audience trusts us.

2015 to 2025 – My 10+ Years of Blogging Journey

When I started blogging in 2015, the facilities we have today simply didn’t exist. There was no AI, no ChatGPT, no abundance of step-by-step tutorials, and no advanced tools.

Back then, all I had was curiosity, a hunger to learn, patience, and consistency.

Content worked then, and it works now – the only difference is that content value was needed then, and it’s still needed today.

In these 10+ years, I’ve understood that blogging is actually a complete ecosystem. It’s not just limited to publishing articles on Google.

Content is created with SEO in mind, a list of trusted followers is built to connect directly with the audience, and this trust gradually translates into digital product sales, affiliate revenue.

Most importantly, when people start trusting you, those same people keep coming back, and they become a source of passive income for you.

My passive income formula: Evergreen content → traffic → trust → income.

evergreen content traffic trust and income
Evergreen content, traffic, trust and income

Today, AI has certainly made writing easier, but AI hasn’t provided thinking, strategy, or expertise.

The real game of earning money is still the same:

What problem are you solving, what level of understanding are you providing, and how much real value are you creating for your audience?

AI is just a tool – in blogging, money is still made through strategy, experience, and trust. Those who believe that AI has killed blogging simply haven’t understood this blogging ecosystem.

How Did I Generate My Income in 2025? (Full Breakdown)

Now let’s understand in a practical way how my blogging income was generated in 2025. There was no magic or shortcut involved, but rather a clear strategy + disciplined execution.

First, let’s talk about the Evergreen Content Strategy.

I never made the mistake of chasing trending or short-term topics. My focus was always on topics that have consistent demand year after year, whose search volume doesn’t fluctuate much.

Most importantly, I wrote only on topics where I had personal experience.

The direct benefit of this was that the content, once written, continued to generate traffic and income for years. That’s the real power of evergreen content.

Next comes High-Quality Content and Internal Linking.

My approach was never about shallow content. I always worked on deep explanations, step-by-step guides, and long-form articles, which were typically between 1,000 and 2,000 words long.

Each article included original examples, real-life use cases, and FAQs so that the user wouldn’t need to go anywhere else.

I also paid special attention to internal linking, which built my site’s topical authority.

Google itself wants to rank such content because it clearly sees user satisfaction.

The third and most important part is the Monetization Mix.

I never depended on just one income source. That’s why my earnings remained stable, whether the traffic was a little less or more.

First, income came from AdSense and Ad Networks.

In 2025, this generated approximately $2,975. As the traffic increased, the earnings automatically grew. This is a slow but consistent income source.

The second source was Digital Products, which proved to be the most profitable. Guides, tools, and value-based digital assets generated approximately $5,000 to $7,000.

This is powerful because there is no middleman, and the margins are the highest.

The third source was Affiliate Income, which I kept as extra income. Hosting, tools, SEO products, themes, courses, and AI tools generated approximately $2,000 to $3,000.

The biggest advantage of affiliate income is that once the right trust is established, it becomes a semi-passive income stream.

Many bloggers, like Harsh Agrawal, earn millions of dollars through affiliate marketing.

The biggest advantage of affiliate program income is that once the right trust is built, it becomes your semi-passive income source.

The True Meaning of Passive Income – I Only Put in 10-20% Effort Per Year

The most interesting thing about my this earnings report of 2025 shouldn’t be how much money I made, but rather how I made it?

I didn’t work hard every day of the year, nor did I publish daily, nor did I consistently focus on SEO, yet I comfortably generated over $10,000 in passive income.

People often misunderstand passive income.

Passive doesn’t mean you did absolutely nothing. It means putting in the effort in the right place initially and then receiving returns on that effort repeatedly.

In 2025, my actual effort was approximately 10-20%, because most of the content, SEO structure, and monetization were already in place.

For example, you can see how much money you can earn from a certain number of posts in this Productive Blogging website survey reports screenshot.

average monthly income based on number of blog posts
Source: productiveblogging.com

Now imagine, if I consciously put in a little more effort for a year:

  • If I write 100 new high-quality posts,
  • seriously strengthen my email list,
  • launch new digital products,
  • properly optimize affiliate marketing,
  • and drive targeted traffic from YouTube to my blog,

Then scaling my income is a natural progression. In such a scenario, $20,000 – $30,000+ in yearly income is not an unrealistic number, but a logical outcome.

The Real Formula for Winning in Blogging (Which I Practically Followed)

In my blogging journey over the past 10 years, I’ve observed one thing, the people who succeed in blogging in the long run don’t look for shortcuts; they build a system.

Below are the exact principles I followed myself, and which consistently yielded results for me.

The first and most important factor is E-E-A-T based content.

Experience, Expertise, Authority, and Trust – if your content lacks these four things, Google won’t take you seriously.

experience expertise authority trust

Simply copy pasting information doesn’t create content. Content becomes trustworthy only when you showcase your real experience, your learnings, and your practical understanding.

The second principle is Human writing + AI support.

I never made AI a replacement, but used it as an assistant. ChatGPT can help in structuring ideas, improving clarity, or increasing speed.

But the final thought, examples, and judgment always remain mine. AI can write, but it cannot simulate experience and Google catches this difference.

The third point is Topic selection, which is even more important than content writing.

If the topic itself is wrong, even the best article can fail.

Choosing the right topic is like winning half the battle, where there is demand, the competition is manageable, and where you can genuinely add value.

The fourth principle is Deep content, not just long content.

Writing 2000-3000 words is not an achievement. The real question is, does the content completely solve the user’s problem?

Value always trumps word count. Short but useful content performs far better than long but empty content.

The fifth and most practical rule is: solve user problems.

When you genuinely understand the user’s problem and write content, SEO automatically follows. Traffic comes from trust, not from tricks.

The sixth and long-term winning factor is Consistency in learning.

SEO changes every year, Google updates keep coming, tools keep evolving. Only those who remain learners survive in this game.

Blogging doesn’t work with a complaining attitude, it works with a learning mindset.

This is my real formula. No magic, no shortcuts, just the right principles + consistent execution. Learn more with our blogging lessions.

My Advice to Every New Blogger – Based on 10+ Years of Real Experience

If you’re starting a new blog, or if you’re feeling intimidated by AI, first and foremost, get one thing clear in your mind that there’s no need to be afraid.

I’m not saying this based on any theory, but on 10+ years of my real experience.

Today, most people believe that the competition lies in content creation – who is publishing more articles, who is writing faster, or who is generating more content with AI.

But the truth is quite different.

The competition isn’t in writing content, the competition is in providing value.

  • AI is not your competitor
  • AI is just a tool, an assistant

It can increase your speed, clarify your ideas, and improve your structure but it cannot replace your experience, your understanding, and your credibility.

For those who shy away from hard work, learning, and improvement, blogging truly becomes difficult.

But those who genuinely solve people’s problems, build trust, and think long-term, their blogging income never suddenly stops.

If you approach blogging with this mindset, AI will never leave you behind; instead, it will become a tool that helps you move forward.

Conclusion,

If I were to summarize the entire article in one line, the message is very simple – Blogging is not dead, it has simply evolved, you just need to adopt new methods.

Blogging is still profitable in 2026.

The only difference is that the rules of the game have changed. AI cannot kill blogging because AI itself doesn’t rank content or value and Google ranks value.

I, Jumedeen Khan, have been blogging since 2015. My 2025 earning report is proof that this industry is not dead, it’s filled with more opportunities than ever before.

This journey has proven that once the right content, the right SEO structure, and the right monetization strategy are in place, income no longer depends on daily effort.

If you also work with the right mindset, the right strategy, and a long-term perspective, you too can build your authority like us and create a sustainable blogging income of $10,000+ in a year.

In blogging, victory belongs to those who build systems, not those who look for shortcuts.

Now a big thought must be coming to your mind:
